Heading to Atlanta for the International Poultry Council

AItechnology

Thanks to Caroline Leroux and the International Poultry Council for inviting me to join the global team of expert speakers and panelists in Atlanta on January 25–26.

We’ll be tackling some hard questions:

  • How do you move from AI pilots to production scale?
  • What works in animal health monitoring versus consumer prediction?
  • Where’s the line between useful intelligence and expensive theater?

The poultry industry is further along this transformation than most realize. Some operators are using machine learning to predict disease outbreaks, optimize feed conversion, and read real consumer behavior.

Not pilot projects. Production systems.

These aren’t companies experimenting with AI for the sake of headlines. They’re using it because it delivers measurable outcomes: lower mortality, better feed efficiency, fewer disease events.

The gap between what’s possible and what’s being implemented is closing fast in this industry. That’s what makes these conversations valuable.

Looking forward to real conversations about real implementation.

If you’re in Atlanta, say hello.
